For more than a decade Hajir served as a Mortgage Advisor in southern California.

He is one of the three Managing Partners for American Capital Corporations Aliso Viejo Branch.

After graduating from grad school in Physical Oceanography in IRAN, he followed his education by designing and supervising offshore and onshore projects in Kish Island in the middle of the Persian Gulf. These opportunities allowed him to test his managing skills and learn about personal management as well.

In July 2002 he had a chance to become a permanent resident of the United States. He and his wife moved to US he decided to experience living in US. In September 2002 he joined the mortgage industry and began working with Park Place Funding. While working at Park Place Hajir earned 2003 Rising Star Award, 2004 Top Agent Award, 2005 Top Agent Award and Best Operational Excellence, 2006 Outstanding Leadership in Team work, 2007 Outstanding Leadership and Star Performer, 2008 #3 Leadership Profitability Award.

Hajir currently reside in Mission Viejo with his wife Nazanin, daughter Nikki and Pofak their Yorkshire terrier.

He enjoys consulting with clients and using his knowledge and network of professionals to create a mortgage strategy while refinancing or purchasing a home.

His goal is to help his clients choose the best mortgage option that can fulfill their short term and long term financial goals. He says: “I choose to meet all of my clients face-to-face in order to consult and communicate the best options and understand all details. The foundations of my business are my clients and my relationship with them; I cherish this and value our relationship the most.”
